Refund and Returns Policy

At Happy Ending Gifts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free refund and returns policy.

To be eligible for a refund or return, please make sure that the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a refund or return. After the 14-day period, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To initiate the refund or return process, simply provide us with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the item.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please double-check your bank account and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Only regular priced items are eligible.
  • To return an item, please make sure to include your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly replace it or provide a refund, depending on the availability of the item.

Please provide us with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective item. This will help us in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Warranty

We offer a 14-day warranty on all of our products. We understand that returns are sometimes a necessary process when products are purchased online. With this understanding, we are happy to provide our customers with a Satisfaction Guarantee on our entire line of products.

Defective Items:
If you received a defective item, you may return it within 14 days from receipt of delivery. You will need to contact our Customer Service department at [email protected]. In the body of the message, please reference the item number, order number and explain the defect on the item. If the defect is visible, we will require photos sent to us displaying the defect on the item. Please have all this information available when contacting us.

If a replacement is desired, the defective item will be replaced upon validation of defect.

Unwanted Items:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of receipt of delivery. 

Note: Our Customer Service Representatives will provide a store credit for the price paid for the product minus a 20% restocking fee.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service department at [email protected]. In the body of the message, please reference the item number, and order number. Our Customer Service department will then provide you with an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) number and instructions to proceed with the return of the item. All returns must have an approved RMA number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
