BDSM
For some, there is nothing more satisfying than the feeling of being bound, restrained, or securely squeezed tight! Bondage gear is so popular that it has gone beyond just restraints, but at the core of it bondage toys and implements are anything that limits movement. In the broader sense, most bondage gear limits movement of the wrists or ankles with cuffs, or may limit arm, leg or torso movement with larger and longer straps and bindings. Many of these bindings are made of leather, faux leather (PU leather), rope or even nylon. For certain things, metal is added for extra strength and durability. But things get fun when we add in binding more than just the limbs!
Bondage can extend to limiting the jaw movement and speech with a ball gag, muzzle or mask, or limiting sight with a blindfold. It can limit erections with a chastity cage -or a chastity belt, for women! To add psychological bondage into the mix, a collar can bind your submissive into a specific role and agreement during a scene that may make them feel more relaxed, safe, and potentially subservient and receptive to more edgy, intense scenes. Bondage is associated with many things in BDSM and kink, and is the spirit of it is to bind oneself in agreement to be submissive, receptive, subservient or restrained.
The feeling of being bound, however, is a fantastic and visceral experience! For many, orgasming while bound gives them something for their body to push against, making sexual pleasure enhanced and more focused. It even gives them the permission to completely surrender and let go whereas they would normally feel more psychologically restricted without the physical restraints and might hold back with their partner. However contradictory it may seem; many people see freedom in their agreed upon bondage. For them, it is safe, sexy and consensual and welcomes in satisfying and fulfilling play and pleasure!
